We work on a ‘no find, no fee’ basis
Our fees are dependent on each client’s requirements and the size of the project. Discounts are offered for volume.
We charge accepted market rates for all our activities: tracing, document collection, and submission. Our rates are based on the age of the beneficiary to be traced. The oldest beneficiary we have traced was born in 1891! We offer to find a percentage of ‘under value’ beneficiaries free of charge.
We are fully POPIA compliant. We have cyber insurance that attests to the security of our information.
