Who is Leading?

Vuyo Vilakazi | Executive Director

Vuyo holds a BSc Degree in Math and Psychology, and a Bachelor of Education (BEd). Prior to joining Gateways Tracing Services, she held the position of Senior HR Advisor at Eskom and was a lecturer in Mathematics at the Department of Education. Her academic achievements include 3rd year university courses in Business Management and Industrial Psychology, and a certificate course in Quality Management from the SABS. Her general management responsibilities at Gateways include New Business Development.

Ian Mann | Non-Executive Director

Ian is a Non-Executive Director of Gateways Tracing Services, Gateways Business Consultants, and Khulisa. He is the author of three best-selling books of strategy and implementation and writes a weekly column in Ian has consulted to large and medium sized businesses in 14 different countries and makes monthly appearances on Radio 702. He is responsible for Director’s oversight of all Gateways Tracing Services activities.

Ismail Mohammed | Head of Tracing

Ismail has worked in the tracing industry since 1997 and has vast experience in various tracing environments. He holds a certificate in Project Management and a certificate in Supervisory Management.

Bridgette Ndlovu | Head of Administration

Bridgette has been engaged with the Gateways Group of companies for 10 years. During this period, she occupied various administration positions, and has been the Head of Administration for Gateways Tracing Services for 2 years.

Robert Molefe | Administrator at Khulisa

Robert is an Administrator at Khulisa with a special responsibility for Recruiting, Training, and Managing ‘foot soldiers’ for Gateways Tracing Services. He has held similar positions within Khulisa since 2008.

Khulisa Social Solutions – Out Trusted Field Work Partners

Khulisa Social Solutions has been our social services partner and a shareholder in Gateways Tracing Services since 2016. Their wide geographic reach and supply of foot soldiers enables Gateways to achieve a high tracing success rate. As a 22-year-old NPO, Khulisa aims to empower vulnerable children and youth through a range of social upliftment programmes.
Khulisa’s foot soldiers consist of well-trained researchers who go into rural communities to locate beneficiaries.
